There’s exciting news here at Sycamore Family Medicine: We’re thrilled to announce the addition of Brittney Bailey, PA-C, to our family of providers. With her roots deep in Shallowater, Brittney brings both expertise and a heartfelt commitment to her hometown.

A Shallowater native back to serve her community

For Brittney, joining Sycamore Family Medicine isn’t just about a job – it’s a homecoming. Raised in Shallowater, Brittney’s love for her community began early. Her parents, both registered nurses, instilled in her a respect for healthcare and a desire to help others. Watching them care for patients, Brittney realized that working in healthcare was a calling that she wanted to join!

While she was gone for a while (see where down below), Brittney and her husband Josh moved back to Shallowater three years ago, eager to raise their boys in our close-knit community. Outside of work, Brittney loves spending time with her family, watching her boys play sports, gardening, cooking, traveling, and running.

A PA-C with a passion for Women's Health

Brittney’s journey to becoming a Physician Assistant is marked by both academic excellence and professional dedication. After graduating Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in just three years in 2013, she continued her studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where she earned a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2016. With over eight years of experience, she brings a wealth of medical knowledge to Sycamore Family Medicine.

Brittney began her career as a PA working in family medicine and urgent care. During her first three years of practice, she developed a particular passion for Women’s Health, eventually transitioning to a GYN office to specialize in this area. Over the past five years, she has focused her training and experience on gynecology and Women’s Health, and she’s now excited to bring this skill set to Sycamore Family Medicine’s patients in Shallowater.

A Compassionate and Whole Approach to Healthcare

At Sycamore Family Medicine, Brittney is committed to providing personalized care that emphasizes whole wellness. Her goal is to listen to each patient, offer compassionate care, and help them achieve their health goals. She truly values the lasting relationships she builds with patients and their families, and she’s excited to bring her passion for healthcare back to her hometown.
